Looing back at September 1986, there was a big tour of Dutch growers, over visiting Irish mushroom farms and also checking in at the Kinsealy Mushroom Conference.
The group of 40 growers visited Reen Compost JF Mckenna, Custom Compost, Kinsealy , Overdale Mushrooms and Irish Nurseries.
Stalker also notes an interesting puzzle was set by LeLion Spawn, with a prize of a case of “Jamieson Whiskey” (sic) on offer for the first correct answer! Them were the days.
