Well this year St Swithin’s has passed without a drop of rain falling anywhere in the UK or Ireland. A bone dry St Swithin’s.
With the heatwaves coming one after another it would seem as if the meteorologists were pretty much on the money with their forecasts saying that this summer could be warmer and drier than the one of 1976.
