Looking back to May 1996 the report from the Mushroom Days that year showed a young Mel O’Rourke along with Bert Radamakers at the International Spawn Laboratory trade stand at the event in the Zon auction market, in Grubbenvorst, near Venlo.
There were 5000 in attendance at the show that year, with at least 80 stands on display. Matt Drew of ISL was also there.
Amycel were including all growers filling with their strains that month in a draw for a trip to San Francisco.
