The Mushroom Tapes is a new book that examines the Australian murder case that was heavily highlighted this year.
Erin Paterson was convicted in July of murdering her former in-laws and attempting to murder a fourth by serving a beef wellington laced with death cap mushroom.
The authors attended her trial and shared ‘long days immersed in the case’s themes : love, hate jealousy, revenge, marriage money , mycology and murder.
It was a case that seemed to have it all. It certainly captured feverish media attention around a globe.
