This past month has seen quite a dramatic slide in the value of the pound sterling against the euro.
Currently trading at £1 equal to €1.15 on the foreign exchange markets - the pound has dropped 4 cent in value in 4 weeks.
Reasons being - weak economic data, inflation higher than expected, and a wobble or two from the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
As there are many reasons, so too the general volatility around all things geo-economic these days mean that a general instability is the order of the moment.
Watch out for more gyrations, fluctuations and contortions in the months to come.
