It’s good to know that even in these tough times that investment is still forthcoming from the governmental budget. Keynesian economists would contend that now is the time to spend to keep the economy going and to invest in the future.
At the same time that government monies go in to the sector, income levies are set to hit key farm payments in the Republic, according to press reports, following emergency budget measures.
