Dear Mushroom People Allow me introduce to you. My name is DONG JIN, SEO, I work from Easy Bio System, Inc.
We are now planning a new factory for production of agaricus mushroom using a thin-tray by semi-automatic process.
I have recently seen a semi-automatic process in UK’s media. Phase II compost inoculated seed from bulk truck is continually poured on conveyor; and the compost is automatically filled in a thin-tray(SUS) on conveyor; its is then automatically put into carrier, and the carrier is transported to growing room by hand-powered. The growing room is automatically controlled, and the thin-tray is transported to harvesting room on conveyor for only one crop. Please will you supply us with further information on the of this process containing machinery company and mushroom company using this system.
We are now considered what to select system for growing by automation.
However we have no data which production containers is best situation for agaricus mushroom.
We would like to know a component ratio of tray and shelves for growing in Europe. What is the current best production system(such as tray or shelf system) of growing with which mushroom companies are pleased, and which systems also have good future prospects.
