Employment2003-2007 University of Craiova, Faculty of Horticulture, Craiova, Romania doctoral study and manager It is an institution of higher education of complex integration, founded in 1947. It is one of the most advanced universities in Romania. Here I made doctoral studies in cultivation of Pleurotus and Lentinus edodes mushrooms. In 2003 I founded the research laboratory of Pleurotus strains and I managed the Pleurotus mushrooms production. In this period of time we collaborate with University of Kentucky College of Agriculture (Timothy A. Woods) regarding Pleurotus and Lentinus edodes mushrooms.
2007 - now S.C. Electrica Popescu S.R.L., Slatina, Romania manager. A Romanian farm which is cultivating tomatoes and Pleurotus mushrooms to European standards. Tomatoes are cultivated in hydroponic system. The mushroom farm in the intensive system are produced using my own methods with all parameters supervised and controlled by an automatic system of control which make possible supervised online in a real time.
