In a strategic move designed to provide increased new equipment sales in the important Irish market, Nottingham based Chronos Richardson have appointed a new agent in Ireland.

With immediate effect Goliath Packaging Systems of Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, will assume responsibility for selling the complete Chronos Richardson range of weighing, bagging and palletising systems.

Working on a non-exclusive basis and reporting through to Regional Sales Manager Martin Roe, Goliath Packaging Systems will use their extensive industry knowledge to promote the Chronos Richardson product portfolio.

"We have recognised the importance of having a locally based company representing us in the important Irish market", commented General Manager, Peter Orme.

He continued, "George O'Leary of Goliath Packaging Systems has many years experience in the packaging sector and in the coming months he will focus on improving new equipment sales for us in Ireland".
